Pawel Tatarczyk is a senior credit risk professional with 18 years of experience of developing, reviewing, validating and auditing credit risk models. Throughout his creer, Pawel has led and successfully delivered a number of model development and analytics projects for banks in the UK and the Netherlands. He blends technical quantitative analytics skills with ability to communicate with senior and non-technical stakeholders. Pawel is passionate about building scalable, easy to parameterise and maintain solutions. In the past Pawel has been solely responsible for leading workstreams with managed revenue reaching £0.5m and key team member in projects with managed revenue reaching £2.5m.
